Senior Full-Stack Engineer

The person who builds the floor everyone else stands on. You'll design conversation state machines, API contracts, database schemas—the decisions that echo through every feature we ship for the next two years. We need someone who sees three solutions to every problem and can explain why one fits *our* mess better than the others. You've done the startup thing before; you know when a shortcut saves a week and when it costs a quarter. Strong opinions, loosely held. Ships on Friday, sleeps on weekends. You'll be engineering hire #1, which means you're also picking who sits next to you—so your judgment on people matters as much as your judgment on code.
