Not "I've run some campaigns" competent. *Exceptional.* You see the whole journey: impression → click → signup → payment, and you optimize every pixel of it. You run 20 experiments a week, kill the losers by Tuesday, scale the winners by Thursday. Brand awareness? That's someone else's job. You're here to acquire customers profitably, at scale. If your last gig was selling enterprise software to procurement committees, this probably isn't your move. SMB, consumer, self-serve—that's the muscle memory we need.
Requirements
- 3+ years running paid acquisition campaigns
- Expert-level Meta Ads experience (required)
- Track record of profitably scaling spend ($50K+/month)
- Strong analytical skills—you live in spreadsheets and dashboards
- Experience with SMB or consumer products (not enterprise)
- Hands-on executor, not just a strategist
Nice to Have
- Google Ads experience
- TikTok Ads experience
- Experience in LATAM markets
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency
- Basic landing page building skills
