You know creators—not as "influencers" in a spreadsheet, but as people with audiences who trust them. You'll find the YouTubers teaching side hustles, the TikTokers reviewing business tools, the Instagram accounts small business owners actually follow. Then you'll pitch them, negotiate the deal (flat fee? rev share? hybrid?), and make sure it actually moves numbers. Warm intros beat cold DMs every time, so existing relationships in this space are gold. This role is part dealmaker, part campaign manager, part detective figuring out what's working. Early days will be messy—you'll need to be comfortable running experiments before you have a playbook. If you need a process doc before you can send an email, this isn't your vibe.
Requirements
- 2+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
- Existing relationships with creators (SMB/entrepreneur niche preferred)
- Experience negotiating sponsorship deals
- Track record of campaigns that drove measurable results
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with affiliate/rev-share programs
- Background in SMB or small business space
- Connections in LATAM creator community
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency
- Experience at an agency or creator platform
