You turn tickets into features. The Senior sets the patterns; you run within them at full speed. TypeScript across the stack, React on the front, Node on the back—you're not picky, you're productive. When specs are fuzzy, you ask one sharp question and keep moving. You've got 2-4 years in the game: enough reps to be dangerous, not so many that you need to own every architectural decision. We ship fast here, but we don't leave landmines for future-us. You'll close PRs daily, not weekly. If you've ever mass-commented "WIP" and disappeared for a sprint, we're probably not your people.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Experience with React/Next.js and Node.js
- Comfortable working in existing codebases
- Ships fast without creating tech debt
- Heavy AI user—you leverage AI tools daily to move faster
Nice to Have
- Experience with SvelteKit
- PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM
- AWS services (Lambda, S3)
- Startup or small team experience
